Is your double chin bothering you? Then you will have to do some double chin exercises to banish that extra fat build-up.
Neck cranes. The name is a give away. While standing up or in a sitting position, face forward. Crane your neck to your right, without moving your shoulders, and feel the tightening on the left side of your neck. Hold this strained position for twenty seconds. Return to a face-forward position. Then crane to the left. Do this five times for each direction, and three times a day.
Neck circles. Stand up straight or sit down properly. Look down and then move your head in a circle beginning from your right and arcing up in a circular motion until you reach the looking-down position again. Reverse directions and do the circle again. You can perform this double chin exercise five times for each direction, and three times a day.
Neck massages. If facials are not your thing or are not within the budget, then you can massage your neck yourself. Using some moisturizer on your finger tips, massage your neck, from below the Adam' apple up. Crane your neck up as you do so and feel your chin tense up. This double chin exercise increases blood circulation within the neck area.
In addition to these double chin exercises, you should take heed of two others: Don't sleep one many pillows, you may end up with a neck that is curved, contributing to a double chin. Get used to sleeping on just a low pillow, so your neck is like to be elongated and stretched during sleep.
Don't spend hours watching TV with your neck pulled in. If you tend to do this, to lower you chin in the direction of your chest, and be like that for hours, this habit tends to make the skin on your chin sag. Instead, thrust out and up your neck to stretch your chin muscles.
With these double chin exercises, you are in possession of the correct habits to reduce your double chin.
