Angelina Jolie endured heavy physical preparation before the filming of grave raider. The star who's diet consisted of mainly cigarets and java was forced to trade them for steamed sea bass, veggies and soybean milk.
There had been rumours floating about that the star was anorexic, bulimic or agony from some kind of eating upset prior to filming. All of which have got been denied by Angelina's reps. Her slender yet muscular build is a consequence of hardcore preparation and healthy eating.
"It was such as a challenge physically," states Angelina, who prepared for the function by following a preparation government that included kickboxing, canoeing, street combat and yoga. "A particular diet also helped me determine my body. I ate steamed sea bass or steamed beef cattle and vegetables, and I had no refined sugar and only drank soybean milk."
The grave plunderer exercise isn't easy, it did aid the star addition some musculus as she was previously looking much to thin from overwork. "I'm all for curved shapes on a woman, and feeling sexy," she says, "and I never felt healthier or stronger than during the filming of this movie." Jolie had no demand for a stunt adult female in "Tomb Raider" as she performed them all herself. This involved blade fighting, lance throwing, domestic dog sledding and bungee cord jumping. For the bungee-jumping sequence, she went through three months' training. "The most hard thing was learning how to make bungee cord ballet," she recalls. "It took a piece to larn how to work with the harness."
